Jan discussed common BIR audit issues such as Deficiency Tax Assessments: Comparison of various tax returns, attachments vs. audited financial statements, and other specific items assessed by the BIR. She also discussed recent revenue regulations, memorandum circulars, and other issuances by the BIR. Both webinars were held virtually.
