Atty. Ana started with an overview of Philippine transfer pricing rules on documentation, audit, and disclosure forms. She discussed the recently issued regulations on Mutual Agreement Procedure Assistance in the Philippines and its relation to transfer pricing. With the heightened scrutiny on transfer pricing audits, Atty. Ana shared how taxpayers can navigate these complex audits.
