Margem discussed the third edition of the IFRS for SMEs, its benefits and challenges, and regulatory reforms for attracting foreign investors, enhancing competitiveness, and promoting business-friendly environments.
Atty. Anne discussed reducing roadblocks by relaxing foreign business ownership in the Philippines. She emphasized the value of easing restrictions on foreign ownership in the Philippines to attract investments and promote sustainable economic development through streamlined processes.
